5 July 1826, John Neil of Lincoln County,  NC,  to Larry Cosner,  Mary Gibson and Barbara Gibson,  all of RCNC,  $900,  300 acres on First Broad River and Knob Creek where Cosner and Gibsons now live,  joining Polly and Barnet,  granted to John Kirconnel 24 Feb 1775,  sold by executors to Peter Johnson 1 Jan 1788,  and divided by his last will to John Duncan and deeded to Robert Duncan heir to John who conveyed to Adlai Osbourn 14 July 1791.  Wit Jesse Grigg,  Adam Neil.  #411,  14 March 1829.  Deed Book 36 BGSOTC Summer 2013  Pg 81
